# **IronWill Project Shipping Policy**

## **1. Order Processing**
- Orders are processed within **1-3 business days** (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Processing time may extend during sale periods or high-volume seasons
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships
## **2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times**
We offer the following shipping methods within India:

## **3. Shipping Rates**
- **Free Standard Shipping** on all orders above ₹999
- **Flat ₹99 shipping fee** for orders below ₹999
- **Express Shipping** available for ₹199 (regardless of order value)
- **Local Delhi Delivery** available for ₹49
## **4. Tracking Your Order**
- Tracking information will be sent via email/SMS once shipped
- Track your package using our website or carrier's tracking portal
- Most orders are shipped via Delhivery, DTDC, or XpressBees
## **5. Shipping Restrictions**
- We currently **only ship within India**
- Certain heavy/bulky items may have restricted shipping to some locations
- We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses
## **6. Delivery Issues**
If you experience:
- **Failed delivery attempts**: Carrier will typically attempt delivery 3 times
- **Incorrect address**: Contact us immediately at ironwill.reachus@gmail.com
- **Lost packages**: Report within 15 days of expected delivery
## **7. Important Notes**
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- We're not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance (if applicable)
- Incorrect shipping information
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events
- Signature may be required for delivery
